Wall-mount installation

If you would like to fix the DaVinci360 to a wall, use the materials found in the wall mounting kit included in your package. In the kit, you will find wall brackets to fix your diffuser to the wall.

Use the provided screws and insert them at equal distances from each other, so that they line up with the holes on the back of the unit. Hook the diffuser onto the screws. Please note, this is not a theft-resistant wall-mounting system.

When mounting the DaVinci360 to a wall, it is important to consider the positioning of the diffuser in relation to doors, windows, and other access points, as these will impact the diffusion of the fragrance. While walls will block the diffusion of oil particles, leaving doors open will allow the fragrance to spread into other rooms.

Additionally, it is important to ensure that the diffuser is mounted within reach of a power source, as it requires a nearby electrical outlet. The cord can be made more aesthetically pleasing with a paintable cord cover.

Troubleshooting

No Mist/Scent

If your DaVinci360 is not emitting any mist or scent, there are a few things to check. Firstly, ensure that the fan is turned on, especially if you are using the device as a standalone unit. The fan helps to disperse the scent and avoid concentration in one area. Also, check the LCD display. If it shows "OFF", it means the unit is not set to work at that time.
