Camp North of Altus Highway Junction, Altus Plateau:

After entering the Altus Plateau through the Grand Lift of Dectus, follow the path to the Altus Highway Junction site of grace. North of this spot, there are two camps—one with Leyndell knights and the other with omens. Head to the camp with two omens, and you will find a perfume bottle on the ground.

Volcano Manor, Mt Gelmir:

In Volcano Manor, after becoming part of the family of champions, you can obtain a perfume bottle. From the Volcano Manor site of grace, go to the side hallway and enter the first room on the right. The Shaded Castle, Mt Gelmir:

The Shaded Castle is located in a region surrounded by poisonous swamps in the north of Altus Plateau. To get there, move north from the Erdtree-Gazing Hill site of grace and activate the Shaded Castle Ramparts site of grace. Descend the ladder on the left, move west, and locate another ladder guarded by a Wraith Caller. Take that ladder, head right, and leap into the poisonous swamp. Keep going east to find another ladder, which leads to an area with Depraved Perfumers. After climbing the ladder, head south to find a perfume bottle on a corpse.

Perfumer's Grotto, Altus Plateau:

Perfumer's Grotto is a hidden cave on the left side of the Altus Highway. To get there, teleport to the Altus Highway Junction site of grace, then head west and follow the path north. Be cautious of the Rune Bear along this path, and stick to the left cliff to avoid it. Continue forward until you find a giant flower guarding the entrance to Perfumer's Grotto. Inside, there will be two chests just under the entrance, and one of them contains a perfume bottle.

Leyndell, Royal Capital:

The final two perfume bottles can be found in Leyndell, Royal Capital. From the East Capital Rampart site of grace, head south, passing all Oracle Envoys, to enter a room covered in plants. Take the west lift in this room to go down, and then take the lift on the west side of the next room to descend further. In the room ahead, there will be a ladder leading to the upper floor, where a chest holds a perfume bottle.

The second perfume bottle is near the first lift on the path to the Forbidden Lands. Teleport to the Avenue Balcony site of grace and head to the giant door in the northeast. Open the door and move forward. Instead of taking the stairs to the lift, go right and explore to the very end, where a Leonine Misbegotten guards a perfume bottle.

Purchase from Hermit Merchant, Altus Plateau:

Additionally, one perfume bottle can be purchased from the Hermit Merchant in Altus Plateau for 2,000 runes. To reach the merchant, teleport to the Outer Wall Battleground site of grace and use the damaged stairs to the west. Take a left turn and head north to find a shack with the Hermit Merchant.
