Head north from the Altus Highway Junction
To head north from the Altus Highway Junction, you'll want to start by locating the junction itself. The Altus Highway Junction is found in the Altus Plateau region, which is where Perfumer's Grotto is located.
From the junction, follow the road that veers northward, moving alongside the ornate stairs. You'll encounter a few bears, so be prepared to dodge them. Continue north until you spot a giant poison flower. This flower is directly in front of the Perfumer's Grotto entrance.
The Perfumer's Grotto is a long tunnel that descends downward. Inside, you'll find some Budding Cave Moss. Follow the tunnel until you reach a chamber with several perfumer enemies and another giant poison flower. You can skirt along the right wall to reach a perfumer standing on a ledge, which you can then attack from behind.
After dealing with the enemies, you can drop off the ledge to face any remaining foes. On the eastern wall of the cave, you'll find some Crystal Cave Moss.
