To get to the Sea Incense in the southeast corner of the third floor of Mt. Pyre, you must first make your way to Mt. Pyre. Mt. Pyre is located on Route 122 and can be accessed through the same route. It is a multi-level memorial structure built inside and outside a small mountain.
Once you're on Route 122, make your way inside Mt. Pyre. You will encounter three Pokemon trainers on the first floor, mixed in with other grieving characters. The first Pokemon trainer is to the left of the entrance. To the north is another Pokemon trainer between some tombstones. Speak to the old woman to the southwest to get a Cleanse Tag, which you can give to your lead Pokemon to keep wild Pokemon away. South of the old woman is an Ultra Ball. Head to the stairs in the north after picking it up, but be prepared to battle one last trainer before reaching the stairs. To the right of the entrance is a Super Repel.
After navigating the first floor, make your way up to the second floor. Here, you will find two Pokemon trainers near a staircase who will challenge you to a double battle. Walk down the path to the south, where you will encounter another Pokemon trainer on the left side of the room. Just south of this trainer is a Lax Incense. Now, head to the southeast corner of this floor, where you will find another Pokemon trainer near the Sea Incense.
Climb up the stairs to the northwest to reach the third floor and grab the items there. In the middle of the room is TM30 Shadow Ball, and to the northeast is a Medichamite Mega Stone. After collecting these items, exit out the door to the south to return to the second floor.
From here, climb up two sets of stairs and head west. Before ascending the next set of stairs, go down a staircase to the south. Move a few steps east from here to find TM61 Will-O-Wisp. After obtaining this item, continue your ascent up the mountain. Climb up two more sets of stairs, then go up another set of stairs to the east. Congratulations, you've made your way to the southeast corner of the third floor, where you can now collect the Sea Incense!
