The story behind the name of the fragrance

The name of the fragrance, Fucking Fabulous, was chosen by Tom Ford himself. He claims that he was sitting in a meeting with John Demsey, the executive group president of the Estee Lauder Companies, which owns Tom Ford Beauty, when he exclaimed, "This is fucking fabulous." Demsey agreed, and the name was chosen.

Ford has stated that the name is not a big deal, and that it is merely a descriptive of how the fragrance smells. He also claims that the name is not offensive, and that it is only available in his stores, so children won't see it.
